Welcome to MoveWell Integrated Health! I’m Montana, some call me Monty. I am a Registered Massage Therapist with a deep passion for understanding and enhancing the human body’s performance. I graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2022 and have since dedicated myself to mastering a range of therapeutic techniques including neuromuscular massage, joint mobilizations, myofascial release, trigger point release, active release, TMJ, pre and post-pregnancy treatments, scar tissue healing, and post concussion recovery.
My approach to massage therapy is deeply rooted in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. I believe that true healing comes from addressing the entire individual—body, mind, and lifestyle. With a diverse background in yoga, soccer, powerlifting, mountain biking; I'm always trying new sports and activities. This allows me to bring a practical understanding of movement and performance to my practice, while also tailoring my treatments to fit the unique needs of each client. Fostering your overall well-being rather than just symptom relief.
At MoveWell, we are committed to ensuring that every person can move well and live fully every day. I am passionate about learning and integrating new techniques to provide comprehensive care. That includes taking continuing education courses as I want to do more for my patients then my initial trainings have taught me. I take pride in understanding that no two bodies are the same and strive to offer personalized treatment plans that align with your specific health goals.
