Montana completed her Master of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia. She has a sports background in soccer, having played high-performance soccer throughout her youth. Additionally, Montana’s background in dance has shaped her interest in hypermobility and in supporting not only athletes, but all individuals with hypermobility.
Her interest in physiotherapy was shaped by her experience with persistent hip pain during pregnancy, and by working with a pelvic floor physiotherapist who completely changed the way she understood her body during this time of physical change. This experience sparked a desire to provide holistic, supportive physiotherapy for others navigating persistent pain.
Before entering physiotherapy, Montana spent nearly a decade working in the hospitality industry and proudly considers herself a people person. Her ability to create a welcoming and comfortable experience helps patients feel at ease while navigating injury, recovery, and persistent pain.
Montana has prior experience working with individuals with neurological conditions, which strongly influences her treatment style. She enjoys tailoring rehabilitation to each patient’s interests and hobbies, helping make recovery both meaningful and motivating.
Montana had an exceptional experience as a student during her placement at Catalyst and is thrilled to be joining the team in Coquitlam.
Outside of the clinic, you’ll find Montana running the trails of the Tri-Cities—often trying to keep pace with her Vizsla. She also enjoys strength training and exploring new exercise classes in the community. Montana values slowing down and learning new skills, and loves talking about cooking, baking, and any kind of crafting.

One-on-one baseline concussion assessment to assess baseline vision, balance, cognition, reaction time, verbal memory, working memory, attention, and autonomic nervous system, AND FDA-approved computerized eye movement screen. This appointment is for patients who have NOT sustained a concussion. Recommended for athletes aged 12 and up.
During the appointment we will review your health and movement history, perform a mini-movement assessment, set some mobility goals and introduce you to the Stretch to Win method.
During a subsequent 25 min treatment we are able to focus on one key area - usually upper or lower-body.
During a subsequent 40 min treatment we can focus on 1-2 key areas that are restrict your ability to move freely.
A subsequent 55 min treatment is the most common; during this time we are able address the upper and lower body to eliminate restrictions.
A subsequent 85 min FST session is ideal for people who are very stiff or need more time to ease into their stretch therapy session.

A 45 minute treatment for patients with an active ICBC claim who require Non-Standard Treatment including: PCS/TBI, Spinal Cord Injury, Copmplex MSK, or Hand Therapy. Only book this appointment if approved by the treating Physiotherapist AND the Claim Specialist (CS).
One-on-one private physiotherapy initial appointment. Book if you have not seen a physiotherapist at Catalyst Kinetics in the past 6 months OR this is a new injury.
Private pelvic floor physiotherapy initial appointment for female patients. Book if your primary concern relates to pelvic health, such as urinary incontinence, pregnancy & post-partum care, or pelvic floor prolapse or weakness, even if you have seen a physiotherapist at Catalyst Kinetics within the past 6 months. An internal examination is not required in order to assess the pelvic floor. The assessment process, including whether an internal exam is indicated, will be discussed at your visit and informed consent will always be obtained prior to proceeding.
