Mook is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, British Columbia. Before completing his studies, he joined one of the biggest and busiest clinics in town. After gaining years of experience, he decided to open Lucid Integrative Health to fulfill his dream. He excels at applying a variety of complex techniques including deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, and joint mobilization to treat a myriad of conditions.
