Hi there, I'm Morgan Kennedy!
I graduated from the Massage Therapy program at TriOS College in London, Ontario and I am a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapy of Ontario (CMTO). While I may be newer to the massage therapy field, my passion for helping others have been a lifelong calling. I began my journey as a Physiotherapy Assistant, where I quickly realized that I wanted to play a more active role in supporting people's wellness. This inspired me to pursue massage therapy as a career to make a deeper impact on the health and well-being of others.
I utilize a mix of relaxation and therapeutic techniques, including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, passive stretching and will occasionally recommended stretches to help at home. I also provide general Swedish massage and deeper tissue work to target those areas of concern. I have experience treating a variety of different areas and I take an interest in treating tension headaches, neck pain, shoulder and arm pain, along with low back pain. I am dedicated to continually expanding my knowledge and refining my skills to better support my clients in achieving pain relief while keeping you in a state of relaxation. I tailer each session to meet your individual needs and ensure a personalized approach to promote your overall well-being.
Outside of being an RMT, I love spending time with friends and family. In the warmer months you can find me out on my paddle board, camping and with my pup and husband exploring new areas.
I look forward to meeting you!

Our registered massage therapist who is specially trained in pre-natal massage, will offer all the support cushions and pillows needed to provide a comfortable and proper pre and post-pregnancy massage. Our RMT’s ensure your comfort and safety is their first priority. Therefore we require that expectant mothers choose the pregnancy massage option at all stages of pregnancy. The therapists will have you lay on your side on a flat comfy/cushioned massage table with a body cushion and pillow(s) to provide all the necessary support and comfort. Our table set up prep requires us to have you select this option if you no longer can lay on your stomach. We do not recommend hot stone massage during pregnancy with our RMT's.

Cupping massage provided by a registered massage therapist. Cupping therapy is used to help increase blood flow to a targeted area. It uses both the lymphatic and circulatory system to flush out fluid, waste products and stagnant blood from those areas. This can be helpful for individuals with increased tension, reduced range of motion, fascial restrictions and much more. The cupping marks that appear after a treatment are not bruises. They can simply mean that there was increased tension in that area and is in the process of healing. These spots can last anywhere from a few hours to a couple of weeks.

Reflexology is a non-invasive therapeutic treatment where light pressure is applied to reflex points on the feet or hands using finger and thumb techniques. It is a holistic treatment, intended to treat the whole person, rather than just the symptoms of one particular ailment. It can induce a state of relaxation, balance and harmony, which will encourage the natural ability for the body to heal itself. It is based on the premise that the reflexes on the feet are a mirror image of all the organs, glands and parts of the body. Benefits: Reflexology may help: - Boost immune function - Improve sleep, can help with insomnia and disrupted sleep patterns - Digestive problems, such as constipation, IBS, etc. - Increase energy - Relieve stress, pain, and anxiety - Improve blood and lymph circulation - Menstrual disorders, such as premenstrual syndrome (PMS) - Relieve pain in the body - Relief from headaches - Relieve pressure on legs and feet in pregnant women - Activating the body to cleanse toxins and impurities - Lower stress levels and help to induce a parasympathetic response in the body, resulting in a deep level of relaxation

A hot stone massage provided by a registered massage therapist. Hot Stone massages are commonly used as a relaxation treatment but can also be very therapeutic. Soapstone and basalt stones are used to retain heat and used to apply a deep heat into the tissues. This is done by moving the stones along the tissues or by placing them stationary on the body. This can be great for reducing tension, improving relaxation while helping with healing. 45-60 minute will be great for a couple of areas of the body while a 90 minute session will work well for a full body treatment.
