I am a Registered Massage Therapist and an Ayurvedic Practitioner (B.A.M.S) and currently registered with Ayurvedic Association of Canada. I completed my post graduate diploma in Yoga and Naturopathy from Gujrat Ayurveda University Jamnagar in India. I worked as a Yoga therapist there for the Indian government. During my post graduate studies I completed by thesis on osteoarthritis, various remedies and dietary recommendations related to it. I also have experience in helping patients suffering with asthma, arthritis, depression, anxiety, allergies, acne, infertility, sleep issues, lack of focus, brain fog, concentration and memory issues, and other chronic diseases. I can speak English, Hindi and Punjabi.
