Aneesh Joseph RMT the director of Therapy One graduated from Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2008. His experience and vision are the back bone of Therapy One towards the formation of a successful team. Aneesh is registered and in good standing with the governing body of massage therapists, the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
He believes in treatments designed to provide symptom relief by addressing root cause and extremely committed to providing the best treatments by choosing the right techniques according to his clients’ unique conditions. He incorporates his experience and knowledge about various Massage Therapy techniques along with the combination of Swedish Massage Therapy, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Pregnancy Massage Therapy and Deep Tissue treatments to maximize the benefits of this therapeutic approach. He is very dedicated to his profession and is constantly increasing his knowledge and skills as a therapist. He believes in educating clients’ through body awareness and prevention from injury, guiding them to recovery through stretching, strengthening and relaxation. He treats wide variety of clients ranging from pregnancy, sports injury rehabilitation, acute/chronic pain management, postural imbalances, stress related syndromes and relaxation.
