Anthony Archer, Registered TCM practitioner and Acupuncturist and member of the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario. Anthony gained interest in traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture after being exposed during his own recovery following a life altering MVA. After much research and contemplation, he decided to make the move from modern medicine and embarked on studies required to earn his designation. Graduating with honours and at the top of his class he became licensed in 2021.
Outside of his professional pursuits, you will find him spending time with his 3 kids, volunteering within his community of Shelburne, tinkering with his cars or sight seeing from a small private plane in the skies above.

Please book this for your first Reformer Pilates session. This is required in order to develop a customized Pilates plan based on your individual needs. You will be assessed and will go through some Reformer and/or Mat Pilates exercises as a introduction to the Method. Please wear clothes that will allow you to move comfortably. Please be aware that this is NOT billable to an insurance provider under Physiotherapy Services.
