Often called the lazy person’s yoga, the patient relaxes while the practitioner uses pulling and rocking techniques to manipulate their body into movement. Another method to wellness Thai massage can relieve chronic pain, help headaches & migraines, assist in digestion, and enhance energy levels. It may also deepen relaxation while reducing stress and sleep troubles.
