Chris Jahnig, Physiotherapist
Working alongside my wife Samm, a massage therapist here at the clinic, and raising our two children, we are happy to call Vernon and Creekside home. I earned my Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia, and since then, I’ve continued my education with specialized training in active physiotherapy approaches to help clients achieve and maintain healthy and active lifestyles.
Life has taken me through different careers and international experiences, which have deeply shaped my approach to care. As a passionate athlete, I’ve played nearly every sport, with a particular love for golf, soccer, and skiing/snowboarding. Family, honesty, empathy, and health are central to my values.
In our sessions, you can expect a client-centered experience designed to provide you with the education, tools, and lifestyle modifications to improve your quality of life. I understand that every client is unique, and I’m committed to finding the best treatment for you, often in collaboration with other healthcare professionals when needed.
Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just beginning your fitness journey, I strive to offer creative, functional treatments that fit your lifestyle. My mission as your physiotherapist is to empower you to think like, and ultimately become, your own physio.
