Jaroslaw completed his massage therapy program and received his degree from Sutherland Chan Massage Therapy School. Prior to completing Massage Therapy, Jaroslaw received a 4 years honors degree in Kinesiology, providing him with a strong foundation and knowledge base in health, exercise, and the human anatomy and physiology. He is very passionate about massage therapy and its beneficial therapeutic effects. Jaroslaw uses a variety of Massage Therapy modalities in his treatments and is trained in Deep Tissue, Myofascial, General Swedish Techniques, and Trigger Point Techniques, while providing excellent remedial exercises to help patients regain and improve their musculoskeletal dysfunctions and impairments. Jaroslaw is outgoing and knowledgeable, and is ready to help and provide his patients with excellent care and quality massage therapy treatment.

The treatment can help with migraines, facial pain, sinus headaches, anxiety, and depression. It’s performed slowly for relaxation, with the use warm oils in the hair. Benefits may include stress relief, improved concentration, better sleep, and relief from sinus problems.
