Mr. Lenine Chakma

During my training, I gained expertise in a variety of techniques, including therapeutic massage, motor vehicle accident rehabilitation, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, lymphatic drainage, and hydrotherapy. My primary focus is not only on delivering effective treatments but also on educating clients, empowering them with the knowledge and skills to manage their own health and well-being.

I am committed to lifelong learning and look forward to expanding my knowledge to enhance my practice continually.

In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, camping, hiking, meditating, and spending quality time with my family and friends.
