Matt is a Registered Massage Therapist as well as a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer. His treatment focus is on biomechanical corrections and exercise execution.
Matt has a wide base of knowledge of therapeutic techniques as a RMT, as well as anatomical movements as a CPT. His goal as a therapist is to allow you to perform to the best of your abilities, whatever that looks like for you.
In his down time, when he’s not eating or training as a bodybuilder, you can find Matt on the Muskoka trails with his dogs, or finding new ways to broaden his horizon as a therapist and business owner.
