My approach to treatment combines extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology with finely honed intuition. I approach each of my clients with compassion and empathy, fostering trust and understanding. I believe that movement and exercise are fundamentally important for a healthy life, and incorporate active home care into your treatments.
I graduated from Fleming College in 2012. I continue to cultivate my practice by studying the latest research on massage, and by exploring other bodywork modalities.
