Ryan draws on his massage therapy education as well as his personal training experience to
develop a balanced approach to pain management. Ryan believes that no one deserves to live in pain, and with the proper intervention and education, you too, can live a pain-free life.
Ryan has always had a passion for everything health and fitness. He obtained his first personal
training certification back in 2017, and it was here that he discovered that his true passion lied
in the treatment and prevention of injuries. In attempt to further educated himself, Ryan then
studied Massage Therapy at Mohawk College, later graduating with honors.
Ryan will admit
that while Massage Therapy can work wonders, sometimes the addition of strength training
with passive therapy can be the missing link in your rehabilitation.
When he is not working, Ryan can be found in the gym, spending time with friends and/or
family, or playing guitar.
