With over 20 years of experience as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, I specialize in the art and science of assessing and coaching movement for athletes and active adults and seniors.
I provide a variety of health, fitness, and performance therapy/training solutions for individuals of all ages, groups/teams, and organizations.
I am avid reader/listener of mostly health/performance, psychology, neuroscience, and philosophy books/podcasts, a sports fan (and fantasy player), volleyball coach, husband and proud father of two teenage girls (both competitive dancers; #dancedad).
