My massage treatment combines both therapeutic and relaxation properties following the principle of *STAMINA® Rehabilitation Therapy* (Founded by *Aleyna Sheradha* in Lethbridge, Alberta), which aims to address the root cause of pain to prevent reinjury. It focuses on optimally aligning, strengthening, and stabilizing the body's 38 key muscle groups to relieve pain, address dysfunctions, and enhance structural, long-term health.
I also provide Lymphatic Drainage Therapy to support detoxification and reduce swelling; Cupping and and Foot Reflexology to harmonize the body's systems and enhance overall well-being.

By working on the reflex areas your feet, Foot Reflexology can help promote relaxation with the removal of stress, enhanced circulation, assist the body to normalize the metabolism naturally, complements all other healing modalities.
Skin-level techniques will be used. Very light pressure, like the weight of a nickel (around 5 grams), will be applied. Lymphatic Drainage Technique can potentially help pre & post-cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, lymphedema/swelling, liposuction, eye injury, acne, wound healing, etc. No Lotion will be applied during the treatment.

It is especially effective for reducing pain, improving muscle control, enhancing athletic performance, and preventing injury.
