Using a variety of techniques including deep tissue, fascial techniques, cupping, and acupuncture, I will work with you to create the best treatment plan for you!

30 minute massage therapy booking. Best option for a single area or for children. This is not enough time for a first appointment. You will receive approximately 25 minutes of treatment.
45 Minute Massage Therapy Treatment - May include 5-10 minutes of pre-treatment assessment. Appointment will be 35-45 minutes of hands-on-treatment.
60 Minute Massage Therapy Appointment - May include 5-10 minutes of pre-treatment assessment and between 50-55 minutes of hands-on-treatment.
90 minute massage therapy appointment - may include up to 5-10 minutes of pre-treatment assessment. 80-85 minutes of hands-on-treatment
Follow up appointment for those that have already had an initial TMJD/TMJD assessment and treatment.
Please book this if this is your first appointment with me! The 60 minutes will include some time for intake and assessment with approximately 45 minutes on the table.
This treatment is for a NEW patient looking to have their jaw pain assessed and treated. There is a 15-25 minute thorough assessment related to all things TMD and then approximately 50-60 minutes of hands on treatment with a 5-10 minute discussion post treatment on self-care and expectations.
Please book this appointment if you're wanting a longer focused follow up on your Jaw, which may also include your neck and shoudlers as well!
