Originally from Germany, Angela came to Canada in 1995 and has since lived on Cape Breton Island.
With a background in the arts and graphic design, Angela graduated in 2020 from the 2200 hour Massage Therapy program with Honours.
She offers Deep Tissue Massage, Relaxation Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Myofascia Release, Guasha, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization Techniques (IASTM), Rapid (Lower & Upper Body), and Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques.
She will be adding Hot Stone Massage, Reflexology for hands and feet, Cranio Sacral Therapy and much more.
Angela enjoys being active, travelling, music and the arts. She also practices yoga, tai chi, aikido, taekwondo, jiu jitsu and weight training.
She is always compassionate about easing tension, restoring function, relieving pain, rebalancing and assisting her clients in their healing process

Fascial release is a gentle and popular manual therapy technique that uses light, sustained pressure to release tension and restrictions in the body's connective tissue, called fascia.
