Belinda has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2000 graduating from a 2,200 hour program at Foothills College of Massage Therapy in Calgary. She is also a Certified Oncology Massage Therapist.
She has been a practitioner in different clinical settings with focus in areas like Woman's Health, Families, and Autism. Belinda has extensive training in CranioSacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute. She has attended many courses with focus on Concussion, Chronic Depletion, Pediatrics, T.M.J. Dysfunction, as well as, recently attaining her second Advanced Level. She is also an active teaching assistant in CST for the Upledger Institute and a Techniques Applicant. She is an avid birder and loves to get out to walk her two dogs with her husband, son and daughter. Growing some of her families food, making meals from scratch with good nutrition are cornerstones of her foundational upbringing from her orchardist parents in BC.

A seated 30 min massage is done while you are fully supported upright in a specially designed chair. If you experience upper body, neck and shoulder tension, or have limited mobility, a seated therapeutic massage may be an excellent option.
