Catherine Patterson has been an RMT for 19 years. She taught at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy and the Canadian Reflexology School in Victoria. She offers both Registered Massage Therapy and Reflexology treatments.
Catherine treats using a variety of techniques including: swedish, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, decompression, acupressure, reflexology and hydrotherapy.
For individuals with mobility issues Catherine also offers CHAIR MASSAGE. With this type of treatment, the client remains FULLY CLOTHED. Please wear comfortable loose clothing.
Treatment pressure ranges from firm to light. Clients looking for deep tissue massage are asked to book with another therapist.
Please note- her little dog Nash may be in a crate, in the treatment room.

*This is a fully clothed treatment.* The client sits forward into the massage chair allowing their back, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands to be treated. Treatment is delivered using a variety of techniques including: kneading, compressions, heated hydrotherapy globes, massage rollers, and acupressure tools. Hand and ear reflexology is also incorporated into this treatment.
