Chay graduated with honours from the Canadian Therapeutic College in 2001. Since then, she has made continuing education a priority in developing and refining her skills. Along with traditional Swedish Massage Techniques, Chay also uses a variety of advanced techniques including, neuromuscular integration and structural alignment, muscle energy, advance soft tissue release, trigger point therapy and shockwave therapy.
