Colleen has a passion for helping people get to the root cause of their health issues by doing a thorough intake, providing Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) acupuncture treatments, and offering guidance in lifestyle changes.

TCM Acupuncture is effective in treating:
> Pain - injury, arthritis, neuropathy and post hepatic neuralgia or trigeminal neuralgia.
> Gynecological/hormonal issues - heavy periods, amenorrhea, painful periods, hot flashes or PMS.
> Digestive disorders - Constipation, diarrhea, IBS, bloating, heartburn, nausea and food intolerances.
> Sleep problems - Insomnia, waking and unable to fall back asleep, snoring, general fatigue.
> Mental health - Anxiety, depression, Seasonal Affective Disorder, poor memory and difficulty concentrating.
Colleen has taking special training in electrical stimulation and allergies/intolerances.

This visit is for those who have already been to the clinic for cupping +/or acupuncture.
This appointment allows for enough time for cupping, to relax and loosen tight muscles, plus acupuncture treatment to work on other health concerns.
The appointment is for returning patients. This 45 minute appointment allows for reassessment and treatment.
This visit is reserved for first-time patients. This appointment allows for time to review your intake form, perform a thorough assessment and provide the acupuncture treatment.
This is a complimentary 10 minute phone consultation to see if Acupuncture would be beneficial for you. This is available to individuals before booking and Initial Acupuncture Assessment + Treatment, but not required.
This appointment is reserved for those returning patients that have not been in for a treatment in over 6 months. This allows for time to review your medical history and to thoroughly assess your recurrent or new health concern.
This appointment can but used for new or returning patients. During this appointment 10 points are used that are very calming to the mind and body to help put you in a relaxed state.
