Dela embarked on learning different healing modalities in the mid 90’s, graduating with directors honors from the Alberta Institute of Massage in 2001. Since then Dela has maintained a deep passion for therapeutic work and continues to learn new skills. Some of these skills include: Therapeutic Massage, Myofascial Release, Neural Muscular Technique, Cranial Sacral, deep tissue, Trigger point, Cupping, Sports massage, Doula certification, pregnancy massage, pre&post natal, baby massage & young children massage, reflexology. Dela also studied and received her Myofascial yoga teacher training, Healthy Eating and Lifestyles Nutrition course, and Reiki Masters.
When not working Dela and her husband enjoy a full family life. Down time includes yoga, camping, cooking, dirt biking, gardening, crocheting, playing with her grandchildren.
Dela’s work is done with years of clinical experience, knowledge, empathy and compassion.
