Lindsay studied at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria. She has been practicing since 2010.
Lindsay utilizes deep tissue massage, trigger point release, joint mobility and orthopaedic techniques including Muscle Energy Technique and Isometric Release to balance postural dysfunctions and decrease both acute and chronic pain. She strives to educate her patients about their bodies and believes in teaching them how to maintain balance and good health while at work and at play.

*This is a fully clothed treatment.* The client sits forward into the massage chair allowing their back, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands to be treated. Treatment is delivered using a variety of techniques including: kneading, compressions, heated hydrotherapy globes, massage rollers, and acupressure tools. Hand and ear reflexology is also incorporated into this treatment.
