Sabrina founded The Health Spot Family Wellness in October 2023 after two years of planning and four years of dreaming. With over 20 years in the medical and wellness industry, including experience in a doctor’s office, various MVA clinics and transitioning to a women’s and pregnancy clinic, she recognized a gap in family-centered care. This realization drove her to take the leap and create an all-inclusive, welcoming space that represents her Indo-Caribbean heritage and embraces diversity across cultures, ethnicities, races, and religions.
As a DONA Certified Postpartum Doula and CAPPA-trained childbirth and lactation educator, Sabrina is dedicated to virtually helping families navigate the challenges of early parenthood. She provides a non-judgmental space for new mothers to achieve their parenting goals and is passionate about educating others on the benefits of doula services, particularly for newborns and children.
During the COVID pandemic, while at home, Sabrina also became certified as a lash lift and tinting technician, adding to her diverse skill set. Supported by her husband and three boys, she continues to empower those around her including women and their partners through knowledge, affirmation, and understanding.

Our Doula-fied Magic: 12-Hour Newborn Nurture Package offers comprehensive support for you and your baby during the critical first month. Each session lasts an hour or can be broken into two 30-minute intervals to accommodate any interruptions that may occur. The 12 hours of support must be used within one month from the purchase date. Our package includes answering any questions related to you and your baby, providing tips for soothing your baby, and offering referrals to outside sources such as lactation consultants and pelvic floor specialists. We assist with meal preparation, offer emotional support, help with feeding whether it's breastfeeding or bottle feeding, and more. We also provide assistance with guidance on bathing and swaddling, baby wearing, support for managing colic, and advice on postpartum depression/anxiety and recovery. This service is a package deal.
