With over 15 years of nursing experience at Royal Inland Hospital—12 of which were dedicated to emergency nursing—Shauna Torbohm is excited to join Movement Mechanics alongside Dr. Ruschkowski, offering IV infusions and nutrient injections.
Shauna is a "true blue" TCSC member who has embraced the gym's group fitness classes, methodologies, and strong sense of community for years. She deeply values the supportive environment and shared commitment to health and wellness, making her a natural fit as part of the Movement Mechanics team.
