As the Client Care Manager at Valor Wellness, it’s my job and personal mission to care for our veterans along their healing journey.
At Valor Wellness, we provide support, compassion and patience along with information and assistance for your Cannabis medicine and holistic health care needs.
The highlight of my career and my calling is working with veterans. They are a special group of individuals whose service and sacrifice can often go unappreciated. During my work as a Massage Therapist & Educator, my focus of practice was providing professional care for veterans. Additionally, I have a business degree from St. Francis Xavier University with a concentration in Human Resources. This training helped me be able to look at problems and find effective solutions.
My goal at Valor Wellness is to support veterans in their individual healing journey. The road to recovery and healing looks different for everyone. Each person has specific needs and hopes for their future.
While I believe our medical system plays a part in one’s recovery, I feel there is so much more available. I’m a huge advocate for holistic healing and it’s been a big part of my life. I’d love to share this knowledge with you. I truly believe this is often a missing piece for so many.

If you require an increase of more than 3 grams per day of medical cannabis, an appointment will be booked with a specialist. Increases are case by case basis and are at the discretion of the medical prescriber and specialist. An extended coverage letter from a specialist for a coverage increase needs to be renewed every 2 years.
