Alexandra (Ally) is a registered physiotherapist dedicated to helping people move with confidence, reduce pain, and achieve their individual health goals. Ally completed her physiotherapy training in the UK, where she gained experience working with a diverse range of patients. It was also during this time where she developed her interest in pelvic health.
She is particularly passionate about women's health and enjoys helping individuals feel comfortable and confident throughout their rehabilitation journey. Ally's goal is to ensure every patient feels listened to, supported, and equipped with personalized knowledge and tools they need to improve their quality of life.
Outside of the clinic, Ally enjoys travelling, trying new recipes, and practicing yoga. She looks forward to supporting you through every step of your journey to better health!
