Alexis Williams is a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years experience supporting clients across the lifespan. She holds an undergraduate degree and masters degree in nutrition from The University of Guelph and a diploma in Sports Nutrition from the International Olympic Committee.
She is passionate about supporting clients with fuelling their health, fitness, and sport goals.
Alexis believes in simple, practical, personalized, and sustainable strategies that work around her client's busy lives.
Alexis is a mom of 2 boys, step mom, and an avid fitness enthusiast and multisport athlete.
Alexis is not one to spend hours in the kitchen (she’d rather be playing), so she’s passionate about helping you find easy and sustainable ways to feed yourself and your family.
