Alyssa is here to light your fire and wake up your soul.
Graduated from the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy with Distinction in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan in 2013.
She has a passion for holistic health concepts, new and innovative practices of teaching and healing. She has spent time struggling and healing on her own mental health journey, each time coming back more powerful and resistant. That feeling of continual growth and expansion calls to her in a way she can't ignore, and she strives to provide a space for that healing and growth in others.
Outside her practice she lives a very active lifestyle- backcountry snowboarding, sledding, swimming and other various outdoor activities. You'll find her dog Bushel is along side her for many adventures.
Her roots are in the prairies of Saskatchewan but she feels the call of the mountains, spending her winter seasons working a massage contract in British Colombia at a heli ski operation. Yoga teacher training also has brought her to the mountains, leading her to complete 200 YTT with Erin Evans in Banff. One of the most pivotal healing and learning experiences she's had. She is a Registered massage therapist, RAPID Specialist, yoga teacher, energy enthusiast, and forever student.
