Amanda has been certified in foot reflexology since 2009. She practiced in a in Calgary for 10 years before moving to the Vancouver Island.
She been using her experience and talents with the Qualicum First Nations Community for the past 3 and a half years and is now expanding into Nanaimo!
Amanda is deeply passionate about assisting people to heal naturally ,through the relaxation that reflexology brings not only to the endocrine system but the nervous system as a whole.

Hot Stones will be used on the face, lower back, lower legs, and feet. Clothing can remain on. Please wear clothing that will allow access to the lower leg. Basalt river rocks are the most commonly used stones because they are smooth from the river’s current and they hold heat well. They are typically made of volcanic rock which enables them to heat quickly and retain that heat for an extended period of time.
