My name is Caroline, I am a psychotherapist with a master’s degree in clinical psychology.
In my previous roles, I have worked with children, youth, and teachers, experiencing anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, and burnout. I have supported individuals living with chronic illnesses and those facing oncology or cancer-related challenges. My passion lies in helping my clients navigate their unique stories and discover pathways to growth.
I firmly believe in a client-centred approach, which means that I prioritize creating a supportive and empathetic environment where you feel heard, understood, and respected. To support your journey, I integrate various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, and mindfulness practices. My goal is to empower you to achieve greater well-being and resilience, in a safe and supportive space.
