Caroline started her journey as an RMT in 1999, after graduating from the Canadian Therapeutic College in Burlington. She has since honed her skills in various massage techniques to treat a multitude of conditions and is excited to incorporate Reiki into her future treatments.
Caroline prioritizes providing tailored treatments to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for diverse clients at Lavandula. Outside of work, she values time with family and enjoys outdoor activities like hiking alongside walking her dog.

Reiki is a subtle and effective form of treatment where energy and natural vibration are transmitted through the hands of a practitioner. Considered a spiritual healing art, its roots are of Japanese origin. A person’s “ki” or energy should be strong and free flowing which helps keep their mind and body in a positive state of health and wellbeing. When energy becomes stuck, weak or blocked, it can lead to symptoms of physical or emotional imbalance. There is nothing for you to do other then to relax, and let me do all the work. You simply need to show up to your session with an open mind and open heart.
