Ms. Chap Mei (Gemmie) Lam

Gemmie completed both her Bachelor and Master’s training at The University of Hong Kong and gained experience in a training clinic and research centre, where she treated a wide range of common conditions. She brings the core fundamentals of Chinese Medicine into her careful, individualized assessment, utilizing pulse and meridian diagnosis in a holistic approach. As an active volleyball player and fitness enthusiast, she has a first-hand understanding of movement, recovery, and sports-related injuries.

In her practice, Gemmie integrates acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercises to support each patient’s well-being. Her clinical focus includes:
