During this visit, the Nurse Practitioner will thoroughly assess, diagnose, and treat minor illnesses. Minor illnesses might include but are not limited to: - ear infections - sinus infections - sore throat - upper respiratory tract infections - skin infections - urinary tract infections Please also book this appointment if you are being referred by a health care practitioner for a prescription.

To assess multiple areas of concern using a comprehensive more in-depth approach. This is also for clients who are interested in having Charlotte be their primary health provider. The Nurse Practitioner will consider the multiple factors that may be contributing to the areas of concern. During this appointment clients will be given the full opportunity to express mental or physical health concerns that they have not previously been able to fully express.
