Huong (June) is a highly skilled Registered Acupuncturist, dedicated to helping her patients achieve optimal health and well-being. Drawing from her extensive training, she specializes in a range of treatments, including acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, and tuina. Her holistic approach and compassionate care make her an excellent practitioner, particularly in the field of Cosmetic Acupuncture, where she combines her expertise as both an acupuncturist and a former esthetician to deliver exceptional results.
Before transitioning to acupuncture, Huong (June) was a certified Aesthetician since 2002, honing her skills in high-end spas in Oakville and Toronto. Her talent and leadership eventually led her to become the Aesthetics Director at a college in downtown Toronto, where she successfully managed and taught in the department. During this time, she pursued her undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology in 2008.
After moving to Milton in 2009, Huong (June) spent a decade excelling in finance as a financial advisor while raising a family. Despite her successful career, her personal health challenges after the birth of her second daughter — including chronic fatigue, vertigo, and digestive issues — inspired her to explore alternative healthcare. This journey ultimately led her to become a Registered Acupuncturist, where she discovered her passion for healing others.
Huong (June) is also a black belt in taekwondo, which she earned after turning 40 alongside her daughter, showcasing her dedication and resilience. In addition to her practice, she teaches at the Canadian College of Chinese Medicine, specializing in gynaecology and orthopedic issues. She enjoys gardening, meditation, and is a strong advocate for the T.I.E.S. method, empowering her patients to achieve balance and vitality.
