Janette Day, RMT has always had a passion to help others, and after many years in the corporate world, she followed her heart, graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy 3000 hour program in 2010.
Her background includes both spa and clinical settings as well as ownership of a mobile spa company. She is experienced in prenatal and postpartum massage, overuse injuries and chronic pain management. Her treatment approach is holistic and client centered, working together to achieve optimum results through a variety of techniques from deep tissue systemic therapy to light touch craniosacral and lymphatic drainage.
Janette has a special interest in geriatric massage and the management of chronic pain conditions such as fibromyalgia.
