Jeanine Roeland is a skilled RMT with over 8 years of experience in massage therapy and a strong background in health and fitness. She is trained in Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, PNF, Dynamic Cupping, and Traditional Thai Massage, providing personalized treatments focused on pain relief, mobility and recovery.
Jeanine completed 1100 hours at Mount Royal University and 1200 hours at the Alberta Institute of Massage, and is in good standing with the NHPC. Her past experience as a personal trainer, as well as her combined knowledge of body mechanics, movement, and therapeutic techniques supports a well-rounded, client-centered approach to care.
