A 60 minute Initial Pelvic Health Physiotherapy assessment for new clients. These appointments may involve a pelvic exam and/or an assessment of your pelvic floor muscles. If you and your Physiotherapist determine that would be helpful information to have. No preparation is required on your part—simply arrive as you are. Please consider booking 2-3 follow-up appointments, spaced 2-3 weeks apart, to ensure that there are no gaps in your treatment plan.
