A 30-minute physiotherapy assessment designed for moms participating in our Baby & Me classes. We’ll review your postpartum recovery, current concerns and goals, assess core function, strength and movement, and discuss any individual modifications to help you safely participate in class.

For those who have previously been assessed and treated with Trigger Point Injections at Dynamic Therapy

If you have chronic pain for which manual therapy, dry needling, or acupuncture provides limited effect, Trigger Point Injection therapy may help provide meaningful relief. ****PLEASE NOTE: 1) it is recommended to avoid physio/massage/exercise involving the treated area for 48h after treatment 2) if it is determined that proceeding with treatment would not be beneficial, you will be charged only the assessment fee.
