30 minute massage as well as 30 minute Indie head massage. Indie Head Massage focuses on the head, face, neck, and shoulders. The treatment can help with migraines, facial pain, sinus headaches, anxiety, and depression. It’s performed slowly for relaxation, with the use warm oils in the hair. Benefits may include stress relief, improved concentration, better sleep, and relief from sinus problems.
60 minutes massage therapy + 30 minutes reflexology
