Kelly is a Registered Massage Therapist who grew up in Stellarton, Nova Scotia, and graduated from Northumberland College in 2002. Her career has taken her across Europe and the Caribbean, where she has continued to refine her skills and expand her approach to therapeutic massage.
Kelly specializes in deep tissue, and cupping therapy, with a particular focus on treating upper body conditions including neck and shoulder injuries, headaches, and jaw dysfunction.
With over a decade of experience managing luxury spas and wellness retreats, Kelly brings both clinical expertise and a deeply client-centered approach to her practice. She believes massage therapy is not only effective for pain and injury, but also a powerful tool for ongoing maintenance and overall well-being.
Now back in Nova Scotia, Kelly lives with her son Kingsley and her dog Bear, and is dedicated to helping her clients feel their best through personalized, results-driven care.
