With over 24 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist, Krista has worked with patients of all ages, helping them manage a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, such as repetitive strain injury, post-concussion syndrome, accident recovery, chronic neck and back pain, headaches, and TMJ dysfunction.
Currently studying to become an Osteopath at the Canadian School of Osteopathy, Krista has shifted her approach from traditional Swedish and deep tissue therapies. She now utilizes a variety of techniques including gentle joint mobilization, muscle energy, myofascial release, cranial sacral therapy and visceral manipulation to address structural and functional imbalances, relieve pain and tension and promote self-regulation.
Krista is committed to supporting patients on their path to recovery and wellness by encouraging the body’s natural ability to maintain or restore balance and health. Her personalized, patient-centered approach aims to provide lasting relief while enhancing overall well-being.
