Meganne was working in Vancouver as an RMT for over half a decade and now is beyond happy to reside in the Comox Valley. She recently completed the Corrective Exercise Specialist program through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Combining exercise and hands-on manual therapy, she identifies habits that can lead to injury and helps clients who have acute and chronic pain. Meganne focuses her treatments on sports-related injuries, pre/post-operation rehab and mental health. Meganne’s modalities are primarily deep tissue, stretching, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations and osteopathic manipulations.
When she isn’t snowboarding, enjoying snacks or hiking with her dog in the local mountains, you can find her spending time with family and friends.
