Michelle is a graduate of the Georgian College Massage Therapy Program, and is registered in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario.
She has experience working with a wide range of people and conditions, from those seeking stress and tension relief, to those recovering from injuries.
Michelle uses various therapeutic techniques to treat soft tissue dysfunction, including remedial exercises as indicated for clients to meet their goals. In the future, she aims to take courses in cupping and taping to add to her treatment resources.

The treatment can help with migraines, facial pain, sinus headaches, anxiety, and depression. It’s performed slowly for relaxation, with the use warm oils in the hair. Benefits may include stress relief, improved concentration, better sleep, and relief from sinus problems.
60 minutes massage therapy + 30 minutes reflexology
