Natasha is a relational, trauma informed therapist who specializes in working with adults (18+) in individual therapy. She obtained her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. She has received training in Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Assessing and Managing Suicide Risk, as well as other evidenced-based approaches. She works with concerns such as, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, trauma, stress management, and life transitions. Natasha also holds a diploma in Applied Holistic Nutrition from The Institute of Holistic Nutrition. She has previously worked as a Nutritionist and brings an integrative perspective to mental health treatment. She is currently a fully registered member of the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario in good standing.
Natasha’s approach to therapy is grounded in building a relationship with her clients that feels safe and secure. She believes that the elements of validation, trust, connection and even laughter, create a therapeutic environment that is warm and transformative. Natasha can help you bring awareness to obstacles that may be preventing you from living a more fulfilling life.
