Nina is a registered holistic nutritionist with more than a decade of experience as a dietitian in Iran. Nina believes the human body was built for high performance, but often we get disconnected from the traditions and nutritional principles. Nina worked with many clients, she helped her client achieve the highest level of health possible through a combination of nutrition, movement, and mindset. She believes combining the right food with healthy lifestyle habits can bring the body to balance.
As a high school student, Nina developed a passion for health and nutrition after her mother suffered from digestive issues. The doctor recommended she see a nutritionist for dietary advice. She noticed
how a healthy diet and lifestyle could help her mother and it encouraged her to know more about nutrition. As a result, She began reading nutrition books and learning more about food and healthy eating, then she studied nutritional science. Upon moving to Canada, she tried different ways to enhance her knowledge of nutrition, and after receiving advice from one of her friends, who is a holistic nutritionist, she attended the Institute of Holistic Nutrition and graduated with first-class honors. Nina's knowledge as a dietitian and holistic nutritionist allows her to assist her clients in achieving their goals. she offers one-on-one nutrition consulting, ensuring her client's diet plan is customized to their unique body type and metabolism.
