As a therapeutic massage therapist, my focus is on helping you feel your best—whether that means relieving pain, restoring movement, or simply maintaining your body’s natural balance. I believe in a personalized approach to wellness, working with you to reduce tension, support recovery, and help you reconnect with your best self. Every session is tailored to your unique needs, because no two bodies—or days—are the same. Working together, to get you feeling your best, one massage at a time.
When I am not in the clinic, you'll usually find me outside; whether it's playing a game of soccer, discovering new eats on a local food tour, hitting the road for a spontaneous trip, or relaxing by the lake soaking up the sun. I love staying active, exploring new places, and making the most of every season.
