Parastou has worked for 20 years as an Industrial Engineer and recently decided to go back to school to follow her passion for health and wellness. She studied at the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacology, where she became a Registered Massage Therapist and gained a deep appreciation for how massage therapy can support recovery, relaxation, and overall well-being.
Parastou uses a combination of techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and relaxation massage, to tailor each treatment to her clients’ individual needs. Her goal is to help reduce pain, relieve tension, and promote overall well-being—whether clients are recovering from injury, managing stress, or simply taking time to relax.
Outside of her practice, Parastou enjoys spending time with her two children and dogs, living an active lifestyle, and practicing yoga. She is dedicated to helping others feel their best and creating a comfortable, professional space where each client can unwind and recover.
