Registered Psychologist Paula’s therapeutic approach integrates the main evidence-based therapies used in psychology. She works adults in the areas of anxiety, depression, chronic stress, life transitions, grieving, perfectionism and self-esteem issues. Services are offered in English and Spanish.

Early childhood parent consultation for the parent/s of children 5 and under. Assist with parenting , childhood issues, resources, and developmental psychoeducation. This session is 50 minutes long.
